Senior Manager of Inclusion & Diversity

The Senior Manager of Inclusion & Diversity serves as an I&D subject matter expert and is responsible for the development, delivery, and support of programs, processes, and tools to drive organizational Inclusion & Diversity efforts. As an I&D subject matter expert, the Senior Manager of Inclusion & Diversity employs a consultative and systematic approach to enable the organization to achieve measurable results.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience:

• 5+ years of Inclusion & Diversity experience
• 2+ years leadership experience in Inclusion & Diversity
• ESG reporting and I&D communications experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:

• None required.

• Support the development and implementation of the Inclusion & Diversity strategy, including culture, recruitment, retention, and development.
• Research, develop, and recommend creative strategies to promote the organization’s I&D goals.
• Define key performance indicators by developing metrics for I&D programs and processes, aligned with business and I&D organizational objectives.
• Monitor metrics and collect data to measure the success of inclusion and diversity initiatives, to evaluate program effectiveness, and to improve strategic approaches.
• Drive I&D goal achievement through program management and well-defined project plans; manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation, and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support.
• Conduct inclusion and diversity/cultural competency needs analysis to identify and develop relevant solutions.
• Act as company liaison with government agencies concerning affirmative action and equal employment opportunities.
• Benchmark to identify trends, methodologies, and best practices that will promote inclusion and diversity across the enterprise.
• Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.
• Develop communications plans for activations with external strategic diversity partnerships.
