Digital Automation Analyst

The Analyst Digital Automation is responsible for observing existing business processes, documenting, and creating a process design to implement creative RPA solutions for the organization. The analyst will understand the opportunities of automation within the process and produce design and solution documentation accordingly. This position will engage with business leaders and users to understand how automation to manual processes can improve efficiencies and add value. They must articulate those ideas but also balance them against what’s technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable. This role will be a key team member in ensuring success of Digital Automation.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Experience

• 2+ years in a Business Analyst role preferred
• Experience conducting and documenting customer-driven requirements analysis
• RPA experience required
• A working knowledge of agile software development methodology is a plus
• Healthcare clinical knowledge and/or experience is a plus
• Blue Prism experience preferred

Licenses/Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus (willingness to obtain a must)

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze business processes, identify potential automation opportunities, and propose a plan for RPA
• Document workflows, obtain approval from stakeholders, communicate decisions, workflows, and other key facts.
• Create the PDD (Process Description Document) and SDD(Solution Design Document) in detail
• Contribute to the design, development and testing of RPA processes
• Troubleshoot problems with automation workflows, configurations, and processes. Propose meaningful solutions and identify root causes.
• Work closely stakeholders internally to ensure alignment and coordination across teams as part of the seamless implementation of RPA processes
