About this role

This position is responsible for directing all phases of a comprehensive human resources program with a specific focus on critical human resources projects and initiatives. The incumbent exercises independent judgment in formulating policies, procedures and directives, which have significant impact in Human Resources, Administration and Staff Development and Training.

What you bring to the table


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.


  • A minimum of six years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Three years management experience required.


  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or other similar certification preferred.

What you will do


  • Develops procedures and processes to implement key human resources initiatives, including but not limited to onboarding, talent acquisition, and learning and development, career pathing, HCM integration, employee experience, compensation. Deliver an improved employee experience through the execution and delivery of strategi initiatives.
  • Partner with business process owners to review, recommended, and implement changes to HR related processes to create streamlined, scalable, and efficient process.
  • Establish best practices to manage HR business processes and direct implementation to streamline key HR initiatives, leveraging systems and information flows.
  • Assess how the strategic initiatives can be optimized in our Human Capital Management Systems (HCM) through efficient process design.
  • Support organizational effectiveness efforts with the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Manage a variety of HR initiatives with a specific focus on creating efficiencies to reduce duplication of efforts across a variety of HR platforms
  • Oversee company policies and lead the process to review them on an on-going basis.
  • Consult with department managers and executive leaders on organization development processes and reviews
  • Partners with the Compensation and HRIS team on job and pay changes, promotional modeling, and position control in the Home Office.
