About this role

Our Clinical Support Trainer is responsible for the end user training and technical support for the The Company applications. The Clinical Support Trainer should act as conduit for end user feedback about applications and be their advocate within the KYDOC for end user requirements and solutions.

What you bring to the table

Education:

  • Clinical/Nursing Background.

Experience:

  • (3) or more years in a Clinical support roll or (2) or more years in a Correctional Healthcare Roll.
  • Current knowledge of PC’s, Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to speak and train comfortably, with technical and non-technical users.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Must obtain and maintain security clearance.

What you will do

  1. Responsible for end user training and technical support for The Company applications.
  2. Document support calls and knowledge base with common problem resolutions.
  3. Develop and maintain implementation materials and processes for implementation of software applications.
  4. Responsible to maintain the confidentiality of patient information in accordance with The Company policy, the Facility’s policy, the standards of the relevant professional association.
  5. Create training materials and user manuals for eOMIS software applications.
  6. Write and maintain functional and technical specifications and operating documentation.
  7. Respond to clients within timeframes dictated by severity of the problem.
  8. Research operational processes and identify solutions to resolve problems and/or improve efficiency.
  9. Train all New Employees on EcW Onboarding
  10. Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
  11. Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations.
  12. Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.
  13. Must be alert at all times; pay close attention to details.
  14. Must be able to work under stress on a regular or continuous basis.
  15. Post orders, if applicable, per site contract.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned.
