This position strategically leads, mentors, and directs staff and management team to provide a comprehensive range of HR services and resources in collaboration with the Director of Human Resources, to include but not limited to consistent application of employee relations, broad knowledge of Federal and State regulations and labor laws, recruitment, compensation, safety, workers' compensation, diversity, wellness, data analytics, leadership training and succession planning. The overall objective is to provide the consultative support and leadership influence, at all levels, to enhance the quality of client care.
