'Our Why' is "To provide quality care to every patient with compassion, collaboration and innovation." We strive to “Always Do The Right Thing!”
It is estimated that at least 30-40% of our patients experience a mental health challenge. Wellpath counselors are given the opportunity to significantly impact the lives of these individuals. Individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with acutely ill patients will find this work stimulating and challenging. Wellpath’s national presence opens the door to career growth opportunities even if/when an individual moves to another part of the country. In addition to growth opportunities as a facility or regional leader, there are additional professional development opportunities in operations, continuous quality improvement, compliance, and business development.
Wellpath mental health counselor jobs may also include job titles such as: Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Mental Health Professional. Please check with our recruiter to see if you are the right fit. License-eligible individuals are encouraged to inquire about opportunities for those working towards licensure.
