The role of a Senior AWS Software Engineer involves the implementation, upkeep, and assistance of enterprise-level software applications and databases. Additionally, they oversee both software development projects and the allocation of resources for these endeavors.

• Analyze, define, and document system requirements for data, workflows, logical processes, interfaces, and controls.
• Manage daily operations for multiple projects, consulting with clients, and obtaining approvals.
• Write comprehensive program documentation, including logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.
• Provide training, coaching, and maintain professional relationships while promoting teamwork.
• Apply critical thinking, adaptability, and accountability, even under stress, in line with standardized procedures.

Education

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Equivalent experience may be substituted for formal education.

Experience

• 7+ years of professional programming experience.
• Expertise in AWS tools such as Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, Aurora, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and S3.
• Expertise in C#, .Net Core, JavaScript, Angular JS, and SQL.
• Expertise in ASP.NET, WCF, WebAPI, MSMQ, and Nuget is a plus.
• Proven experience creating, executing and completing technical initiatives.
• Advance knowledge in cloud-based design patterns such as microservices, highly scalable frameworks, and strangle the monolith.
• Ability to effectively communicate advanced technical concepts to less experienced members of the development team.
• In-depth understanding of the current Microsoft development suite or similar tools.
• Experience developing browser-based software solutions.
