The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will leverage their expertise to address critical operational inquiries through precise and intuitive data analysis, ensuring accuracy and clarity in findings. This role will excel in synthesizing and amplifying information, furnishing well-founded recommendations derived from thorough data assessment. By adeptly scrutinizing intricate business processes and datasets, this position will unearth pivotal operational insights, empowering stakeholders to make swift and informed strategic decisions.

• Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports that help improve operational and/or financial performance.
• Identify and recommend new ways to improve existing processes through cost reduction and/or increased efficiency.
• Create data models that depict trends and highlight opportunities for key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business unit.
• Develop and enhance existing forecasting methodologies for various business units

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or related field from an accredited college or university
• Master’s Degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience data analysis preferably with a healthcare organization
• High proficiency with SQL language, and Excel/PowerPoint
