How you make a difference

The Regional Manager oversees operations, sales, and marketing activities for a specific region, providing guidance to executive management to inform business decisions. They are responsible for ensuring that medical, dental, and mental health programs meet company goals and comply with industry standards and regulations. The Regional Manager works to maintain a high level of performance across all aspects of their assigned region. 



Key Responsibilities

  • Monitors and evaluates operations, financial and statistical data to identify areas for improvement, and recommends solutions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 
  • Oversees recruitment, evaluation and training of medical personnel and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as accreditation and licensing standards. 
  • Maintains effective communication and relationships with facility administration, employees, contracted providers, and other stakeholders. 
  • Manages budgets, reports, and invoices to ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements. 
  • Participates in business development, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities to promote departmental growth and success. 



Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or health related field preferred.

Experience

  • Five years of experience in delivery and administration of correctional medical, dental, and mental health care preferred.
  • Three to five years administrative, management and supervisory experience.
