The Organizational Development Specialist supports leadership development, employee engagement, onboarding, and succession planning efforts. This role manages performance and survey tools, including UKG Pro modules, and supports strategic HR initiatives through curriculum development and process implementation. They provide internal consulting for survey design and deployment, contribute to strategic planning, and facilitate competency-based job analysis. The specialist collaborates with HR and business leaders to ensure consistent execution of OD practices across the enterprise. Responsibilities also include producing materials and coordinating logistics for leadership development events.
Administer performance management, engagement surveys, and UKG Pro modules
Support new employee onboarding and orientation initiatives
Consult with internal teams on survey creation and analysis
Coordinate leadership development event logistics and content
Implement competency-based job analysis as part of strategic planning
EDUCATION
College degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources or closely related field; or related experience required
Master Degree Industrial Organizational Psychology or Organizational Development preferred
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two years’ experience in Human Resources field with emphasis on Organizational Development
Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint required
Experience with UKG Pro performance, talent and employee engagement modules preferred
