As a Staff Scheduler, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining schedules for medical, clinical, and security departments to ensure 24-hour coverage while consulting with the facility's administration. You will be required to create master schedules and make daily revisions to maintain accurate records of each position, unit, and shift assignments. This job requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments to ensure efficient staffing. 

• Provides staff scheduling and resolves scheduling conflicts with staff members. 
• Optimizes labor management, coordinates per diem & overtime utilization, and schedules employees for required training. 
• Develops statistical reports related to budget management and manages the OnShift application for schedules/reports. 
• Manages the Kronos application to ensure TO/vacation requests, schedules, and pay codes are entered correctly. 
• Collaborates with management to make recommendations for appropriate work placement of resource staff.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Experience

• 1-2 years of progressively more responsible administrative or related experience desired.
• Direct scheduling experience preferred.
