How you make a difference

Under direct supervision, the Intern will gain industry and organizational knowledge through hands-on experience while contributing to the mission of Wellpath, LLC. Interns will support various departments within in the organization.



Key Responsibilities

• Assist in completion of various projects and administrative duties.
• Communicates ongoing progress related to currently assigned tasks.
• Attend meetings to gain valuable insight and knowledge.
• May shadow employees for exposure to various job levels and roles within the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.



Additional Details

We’re looking for a Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) Intern to join our team and support key initiatives focused on enhancing internal systems, processes, and training resources. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in areas such as data reporting, content auditing, and internal resource optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in tracking key metrics and reporting on L&OD initiatives. Gain exposure to analytics tools and support data-driven decision-making.
• Help update and maintain SharePoint pages related to organizational policies and procedures.
• Support a comprehensive audit of internally developed training courses, including:
• Reviewing course content
• Scrubbing materials for accuracy and compliance
• Partnering with the Instructional Design team to identify needed updates and assist with indexing for improved accessibility
• Help maintain and organize detailed records related to L&OD efforts and learning modules.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in how employee learning and development preferences are tracked and managed.

This internship is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a curiosity for learning technologies, and a passion for improving organizational systems and processes.
