The Virtual Emergency Care Operations Manager leads day-to-day operations, site implementations, and service optimization for telehealth emergency care. They manage stakeholder engagement, coordinate cross-functional support teams, and deliver performance reports to leadership. This role oversees provider licensing, develops training materials, and standardizes onboarding workflows. The manager drives strategic initiatives to expand telehealth services while ensuring data integration across healthcare systems. They also provide onsite and remote support for service launches and ongoing operations.
Manage operations, site implementations, and growth initiatives for Virtual Emergency Care
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure consistent service delivery
Oversee licensing compliance and telehealth training materials development
Deliver performance reports and drive service improvements using data insights
Support onboarding, service launches, and ongoing operational excellence
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field: computer science, health profession, administrative or related discipline
Master’s degree in a healthcare related field preferred
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of three (3) years of job-related experience, or post-graduate studies, or a combination
Experience in the development, implementation, and management of healthcare services preferred
Experience in telemedicine preferred
Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
