The ERP Financial Systems Administrator oversees and supports the Oracle Fusion ERP platform, focusing on financial modules and system optimization. This role bridges Finance, Accounting, and IT to ensure the ERP system operates securely and aligns with business needs. The administrator configures settings, manages workflows, maintains integrations, and provides end-user support for financial processes. They lead efforts in reporting, month-end close support, compliance, and system updates while maintaining strong documentation and governance practices. Additionally, this position identifies opportunities to improve automation, reporting, and efficiency across the financial systems landscape.
Administer and configure Oracle Fusion ERP Financial modules and maintain integrations with related systems.
Support Finance and Accounting users by resolving issues and optimizing workflows, roles, and permissions.
Develop, test, and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytics tools using Oracle applications.
Ensure data integrity, compliance with controls, and coordination of quarterly updates and patches.
Document system configurations, create training materials, and identify opportunities to enhance automation and reporting.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
CPA or MBA is a plus
EXPERIENCE
5+ years managing enterprise-level financial systems
3+ years with Oracle Fusion required
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
Experience with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, Smart View, BI Publisher, FRS)
Familiarity with integrations, security roles, workflow configuration, and ERP implementations or upgrades
Basic SQL or data query experience
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Oracle Cloud certification (Financials or Administrator) is a plus
