The HR Programs Specialist supports home office programs that improve the employee experience, onboarding, and early career development. This role coordinates and delivers initiatives in partnership with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure programs run smoothly and effectively. The position plays a key role in supporting interns, new hires, and transitioning employees throughout their experience with the organization. This role helps ensure programs are engaging, well-organized, and aligned with business needs.



Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience supporting onboarding, internship, mentoring, or early career programs preferred
  • Experience partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, or business stakeholders preferred

Licenses/Certifications

  • None Required



Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute corporate internship, onboarding, mentoring, and early career programs from planning through completion.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for interns and new hires, providing guidance, support, and a positive program experience.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, leadership, and cross-functional teams to support recruiting, hiring, and workforce transitions.
  • Plan and deliver orientations, learning sessions, events, and program logistics, including schedules, materials, and technology.
  • Track participation, feedback, hiring progress, and program metrics to support reporting and continuous improvement.
