How you make a difference

The Compensation Support Analyst provides hands-on analytical and project support to the Compensation team. This temporary, part-time role supports compensation activities such as job architecture, job description review, market pricing, process audits, documentation, and data analysis. The position prepares compensation reports and recommendations, maintains organized project documentation, and helps identify opportunities for process improvement. Assignments may include defined project tasks or independently managed workstreams under the direction of Compensation leadership.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support job architecture activities, including job description review, job classification, job family alignment, and related documentation.
  • Conduct market pricing and internal compensation analyses using survey data and company information.
  • Audit compensation processes, files, and data to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop compensation processes, procedures, templates, tools, reports, summaries, and recommendations.
  • Manage assigned projects, maintain organized documentation, provide status updates, and protect confidential information.



Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • Two or more years of experience performing complex analytical work related to compensation and classification, including experience preparing financial impact analyses of wage determined price adjustments.
  • Experience utilizing all forms of compensation research tools to include market data applications such as third-party surveys.
  • Familiar with theories, principles, and practices, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations governing human resources management.
  • Proficient user of all things Microsoft-Office, particularly Excel.
  • UKG experience a plus.
  • CBA and SCA knowledge and experience a plus.

Licenses/Certifications

  • None required.
