Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for assisting in the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Intake Manager is responsible for the daily management of the intake department. This position provides supervision to clinicians, RNs and MHTs assigned to work in the intake department with the provision of mental health assessment services, including clinical evaluations, crisis intervention and referral management. This position is a working manager and in addition to administrative tasks the Manager must also cover a clinicians’ role in the event of staffing shortfalls or patient need.

The Cook NBH is responsible for the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for patients and facility staff according to the approved menu cycle. This position follows all policies and procedures, menus, recipes, and guidelines to provide accurate quality and quantities of food. The Cook follows standards and policies of the dietary department in areas of infection control, sanitation, and safety standards as well as professionalism in demeanor, attitude and service to patients and staff. When assigned to the late shift, may assume general supervision of the department though the dinner meal. In occasional absences of manager or supervisor, may be responsible for department oversight.

The Mental Health Program Manager will hold a clinical case load and will serve as a consult/clinician for advanced or difficult to manage cases. He/she is also on-call 24/7, and will support the licensed counselors and psychiatrists in servicing the behavioral health needs of persons served. The Mental Health Program Manager communicates on a regular basis with all behavioral health, psychiatric and nursing staff.
